The Pearl River receives storm drain runoff full of Styrofoam and single-use plastic bottles from its dozens of urban tributaries. The goal of the Take2Miss social media campaign is to foster awareness about this plastic pollution problem and to encourage you to "leave it better than you found it" every time you are out in the watershed. No need to wait for a big river cleanup event; you can do this every day! Participation is easy!
